Publishing Rules

What you may and may not share in the Kaizendex Library, and how to report something that breaks the rules.

These rules apply to everything you publish to the Kaizendex Library — collections, dashboards, widgets, views, presets, automations, agents, themes, and bundles of them. They are part of our Terms of Service.

Publishing is optional. Nothing you track is ever published unless you deliberately publish it.

1. What publishing actually does

  • It publishes a snapshot of a structure — the shape of a collection, the layout of a dashboard, an agent's instructions. Editing your own copy afterwards does not change what is published.
  • It never publishes your entries. Your logged data stays private by design. What goes out is the scaffolding, plus any sample entries you deliberately include.
  • It is public. Anyone can see it, and search engines may index it.
  • Copies are permanent. When someone copies your item, real objects land in their account and become theirs. Unpublishing removes your listing; it cannot take back copies already made.
  • Your display name is shown next to it.
  • Check the free text. Descriptions, agent prompts, automation instructions and sample entries are prose you wrote, and they might name a person, a place, an employer or a doctor. The publish screen shows you every string that will become public, and lets you edit each one before it goes. Read that screen.

2. What you may publish

Things you made, or that you have the right to share, and that are safe for a stranger to copy into their own life.

3. What you may not publish

  1. Sexual content and nudity. No pornography, no sexually explicit material, no sexual services. Content that sexualises a minor in any way is reported to the authorities, not merely removed, and the account is terminated permanently.
  2. Hate, harassment and threats. No content attacking or demeaning people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation; no harassment of an individual; no threats of violence.
  3. Violent extremism and instructions for harm. No terrorist or extremist material, and no instructions for making weapons, explosives, or anything else designed to hurt people.
  4. Dangerous health content. This one matters more here than in a general-purpose app, because a Kaizendex template tells someone what to do every day. No extreme fasting or purging protocols, no encouragement of eating disorders or self-harm, no unsafe dosing of medication or supplements, no "cures" for serious illness, no advice to stop prescribed treatment.
  5. Malicious payloads. No scripts, script-shaped strings, links to executables, phishing links, deceptive links, or anything intended to compromise another user or the service.
  6. Other people's personal data, and impersonation. Do not publish someone else's private information, and do not pretend to be a person or organisation you are not.
  7. Content you do not have the right to publish. Not someone else's copyrighted programme, not a paid course repackaged as a template, not material you are under an obligation to keep confidential.
  8. Spam and disguised advertising. No SEO filler, no bulk low-effort listings, no advertisement dressed up as a template.

Illegal is illegal: anything unlawful under Lithuanian or EU law is prohibited here whether or not it appears in the list above.

4. What happens if you break these rules

  • The item is removed or unlisted, and we tell you which rule it broke.
  • Serious breaches — item 1, item 3, item 5, anything illegal — mean immediate and permanent account termination, without a refund, and referral to the authorities where the law requires it or the harm warrants it.
  • Repeated breaches mean losing the ability to publish, and then losing the account. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
  • We may act on our own initiative or on a report, and we may act immediately where there is a risk of harm.

Some publishing checks run automatically before an item goes live, and an item may be held or rejected by them. Automated checks are a first filter, not a promise of review.

We do not pre-screen published content and we have no general obligation to monitor it. Anything published is the responsibility of the person who published it, not ours.

5. Reporting something

Every published item has a Report button. Use it — it is the fastest route and it tells us exactly which item you mean.

You can also email trackguilds@gmail.com. To let us act quickly, include:

  • a link to the item;
  • what is wrong with it, and which rule or law it breaks;
  • enough explanation for us to see the problem; and
  • your name and a contact email (not required for reports of content sexualising minors).

What we do with it. We review reports and act on them. If we remove an item, we tell the person who published it what was removed and why, and they can reply to that message to contest the decision. Items attracting multiple unresolved reports may be hidden automatically pending review.

Do not submit reports in bad faith. Deliberately false reports may cost you your account.

6. Copyright and other intellectual property

If you own rights in something published on Kaizendex without your permission, tell us and we will act.

How to send a notice

Email trackguilds@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the work you say has been infringed — or a representative list, if there are several.
  2. Identification of the material on Kaizendex you want removed, with a link precise enough for us to find it.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

This is the notice format required by the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and it works for us as an EU hosting provider under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act too. A notice missing these elements may be ineffective, and we may come back to you for the missing parts.

What happens next

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, promptly, and tell the person who published it, including a copy of the notice.

Counter-notice

If your item was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, email trackguilds@gmail.com with the subject line "Counter-notice" and include:

  1. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, and of any other court with jurisdiction over you, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 working days that they have started proceedings, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

We keep a record of copyright notices and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Bad-faith notices

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can make you liable for the resulting damages, including legal fees.

7. The licence you grant when you publish

When you publish an item you grant:

  • every other Kaizendex user a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to copy, use, modify and adapt that item within Kaizendex — irrevocable in respect of copies already made; and
  • us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, index, translate and promote it in and around Kaizendex, including in marketing material, for as long as it is published.

You keep ownership of everything you publish. You give up no right to use it yourself.

What you get when you copy someone else's item is the same licence, from them. It comes with no warranty from us or from them: an item may be badly designed, wrong for you, or simply unwise. You are responsible for what you choose to do with it — see section 7 of the Terms of Service if it concerns your health.

8. Our discretion

We may remove, unlist, restrict, edit or refuse any published item, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. We may also decline to act on a report. Acting in one case creates no obligation to act in another.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these rules; the version and effective date at the top of this page tell you which version applies. Material changes are announced before they take effect.
