Sub-processors

Every company that touches your data on our behalf, what they do, and where they do it.

Version 1.0 · Effective

To run Kaizendex we rely on a small number of other companies. Each one is a sub-processor: it processes your data on our instructions, under a contract, and for no purpose of its own.

This page is the current list. We keep it up to date — an out-of-date sub-processor list is worse than none.

Available if you choose them

The model picker lets you select a model yourself instead of using a preset. If you do, your agent content goes to that model's provider. Beyond Google, Anthropic and Alibaba above, the catalog can include:

ProviderWhere it is established
MiniMaxChina
Moonshot AI (Kimi)China
Z.ai (GLM)China
ByteDance (Seedream, image generation)Singapore and China

Which providers your preset uses

Your choice in Settings decides which companies see your agent content. This is the current mapping:

If the country a provider operates from matters to you, this table is the lever — change the preset in Settings.

We will update this page before that goes live.

The rules we hold them to

  • Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement limiting it to our instructions.
  • None of them may use your content to train AI models.
  • Transfers outside the European Economic Area are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another Article 46 GDPR safeguard. Section 9 of the Privacy Policy explains what that means in practice, including the honest limits of it.

Changes

We will update this page whenever the list changes, and the version and effective date at the top will move with it. If you want to be told when a sub-processor is added, email trackguilds@gmail.com and we will put you on the notification list.
