Guides and where their advice came from
A guide is your own note on a subject, kept up to date from the videos and files you save — and every line it borrowed keeps a link back to the exact minute it came from.
A guide is a note you own on one subject — "app marketing", "my lifting programme" — kept in your Guides collection like any other entry. You can read it, edit it and share it. Your AI keeps it current from the videos and files you save, and it never rewrites the whole thing when one new source only touches one section.
Where each line came from
Under a guide's text you'll see small citation chips:

Each chip is one statement the guide makes, tied to one thing you saved. Tap a chip and the source entry opens at that exact point — the transcript scrolled to 11:10, or the document at page 4.
The first words on the chip tell you what kind of statement it is:

That difference matters. A creator saying "this doubled my revenue" is what the source says — it isn't a proven fact about your app, and the chip keeps those two apart.
A proposal that has not been accepted is still a proposal; that alone does not mean it was rejected. Two sources mentioning the same amount also need a clear connection before one can support the other. Your AI should keep these distinctions and label its own inferences.
When a source changes or goes away
Delete a video, fix a transcript typo, or correct the text your AI pulled out of a file, and the chips that relied on it are struck through and dimmed, with the reason ("source deleted", "source corrected"). Nothing is quietly erased — you can still see what the guide once leaned on, and that the ground under it moved.

Before you delete a source
Ask your AI "where did I use this video?" and it will tell you which guides lean on it, and which lines. Worth doing before a clear-out.
Quiet is normal
If you ask your AI to learn from sources it has already read, it will say so and change nothing. A guide that didn't change today isn't a guide that was ignored — your AI records that it looked and found nothing new.
